Sewing Poland Group is an organisation associating specialists in the clothing industry in Poland. We work with the largest sewing and knitting plants. Thanks to many years of partnership relations with specialists in the industry, we are extremely competitive and, above all, we are able to ensure the highest quality of products .
We are involved in the general production of clothing from yarn producers, through knitting, technological development, precise cut, to sewing services both from scratch and CMT, both knitted and fabric. Our production plants are equipped with technologically advanced machines and sewing equipment, devices for automatic cutting of materials (cutters), and computer embroidery machines.
We work with creative and talented designers from all over Poland. Our projects can be seen not only on store shelves, but also at international fairs. We have helped in the creation and development of several clothing brands that are doing well in being leaders or in the forefront in the industry.
We have numerous contacts in the industry. We work with the largest European knitting companies that ensure the highest quality of manufactured products. Experienced staff will select the most optimal raw materials, such as threads, materials, accessories and more.
Our qualified and experienced technologists will develop templates for later use during production processes.
Based on templates created by us or provided, we stitch the first patterns for approval.
We use modern machines for automatic precision cutting of fabrics and knits. In the case of manual cutting, we provide a team of experienced cutting staff.
In several sewing plants in Poland, we are able to produce few million pieces of production per year. We work with several hundred seamstresses and other production workers.
We provide ironing and pre-treatment if production requires it. We use professional ironing equipment (calenders, ironing tables, mannequins).
Each process involves strict quality control at every stage. In addition to the final inspection, our staff is trained to ensure high quality at every stage of production.
An indispensable element of the post-production process is packing. We are able to provide packaging from any type of material, from plastic bags, through cardboard boxes to specialised packaging.
We have our own export and import department. Thanks to the lack of necessity to use external customs agencies, we save time and money.
Our products can be divided into four main categories: knitted garments (sweaters, coats), fashion, sports clothing (including shirts, shorts, tracksuits, thermo-active underwear and accessories) as well as corporate and specialised clothing, including uniforms.
For over 25 years we have been manufacturing stitching of sweaters and
hats. The main contractors are customers from Scandinavia and Central Europe.
Occasionally we also sew clothing thick for customers from outside Europe.
